Suzan Shutan

Educated at the California Institute of the Arts (BFA) and Rutgers University (MFA), Shutan is an installation artist whose work has been exhibited nationally and internationally in eight solo exhibits and over forty group shows throughout the U.S. as well as in Canada, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Argentina, and France. Her work can be seen in public collections in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Nebraska, New York, Argentina, Sweden and Germany. She is the recipient of numerous artist fellowships, grants and awards. Shutan has taught at Quinnipiac University and Housatonic Community College and is the proprietor of Go-Go Consulting, a business specializing in organizational, artistic and resource development services for the cultural arts.
