Carmelina Mosher

Mosher is a teacher, painter, musician, linguist, and writer for persons with disabilities. She holds a B.A. from Albertus Magnus College, an M.A. from Lesley College Graduate School with additional study at Southern Connecticut, University of New Haven, and Paier College of Art. In 2010 she co-founded Play With Grace, LLC, a theatre arts organization designed to involve and serve people with disabilities. A practitioner of Expressive Arts Therapy, Mosher has worked as an arts therapist for the New Haven and Hamden Public Schools and Hamden Youth Services among other local agencies and organizations. Her acrylic paintings reflect the subjects and images of cultural mythologies. She also maintains a private practice in psychotherapy.
