Khanlar Gasimov

Gasimov is a sculptor who teaches at Paier College of Art. A native of Azerbaijan, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sculpture at BAKU Azerbaijan. Gasimov’s work has appeared in solo and group exhibitions in Moscow, Canada, Switzerland, Poland Norway and the United Sates. Among his sculpture commissions and projects are works of Boston (MA) writers, Olympic athletes (Atlanta Games), Native American figures (Mashantucket Pequot Museum and life-sized figures for Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum (UK).
