Joan Christensen

Christensen is co-artistic director/owner and dance educator at Joni’s Dance Studio. She has been a local performer and dance educator in the greater Hamden area for well over two decades. She has provided ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip hop instruction and musical theatre training to students of the community including the annual Hamden High Salute to Young Artists. She has also choreographed many local public school productions and musicals performed by the Whitney Players.
